Although we have been making wine
commercially for years for other wineries and individuals, we have are now releasing our own wines under our own label. The following have been produced:
— 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon from St. Helena
— 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley
— 2007 Sauvignon Blanc from the Napa Valley
All vintages have fewer than 200 cases each, and are carefully handcrafted from select vineyards that are well known for low-yield,
high-quality wines. Everything in the production was hand-tailored according to our strictest demands—we even hand-labeled all
the bottles! The Cabernet Sauvignons have at least 24 months in French oak barrels, and both vintages exhibit a silkiness that combines perfectly with the oak structure. The Sauvignon Blanc in 100% varietal, all fermented in stainless steel containers, and with no malolactic fermentation, thus presenting the true varietal characteristics.
